My name is Savena Bhangal, I was called to the Ontario Bar in July of 2022. I attended law school at the University of Leicester and completed my Masters in Law at York University, Osgoode Hall Law School. I have been working with Avtar Bhangal at Bhangal Law in Mississauga for the past 2.5 years. During this time I have grown and learned a significant amount about the practice of criminal law. I have successfully fought trials, conducted Garofoli applications and conducted 11(b) application hearings. I have also successfully negotiated many resolutions for clients that have avoided proceeding to trial. I have handled a variety of cases, including, assault, mischief, theft, impaired driving, over 80, distribution of intimate images without consent, take auto without consent etc.
